One Avenue was a commercial and residential development by Damas Real Estate. We were assigned with the task of developing a video consisting of 3D renderings based on 2D floor plans that we drew.

Damas wanted to give their potential buyers a glimpse of what the building would look like. Taking inspiration from the drawings provided by the client, we created these digital visuals to showcase the exterior of the building. Our goal was to present the building from various angles throughout the video and make it look as realistic as possible.
We didn't just stop at the exteriors, but also provided interior visuals. Our digital visuals allowed the client to showcase every aspect of the property, including its leisure areas, private gardens, reception, and apartment living rooms.
To ensure the project's entirety, we also delivered the branding and other collateral required for their sales and operational purposes. Keeping in line with the building designs, we opted for a refined and sophisticated aesthetic for the deliverables.
