Kinan Retreat, a guest house project developed by Kinaan Hotels, tasked us with creating architectural visualizations based on the 2D floor plans provided.

The client’s vision was to have something modern that complements nature, hence the mix of black, brown, and concrete colors for the exterior. This thoughtful combination of colors and materials ensures the guest house exudes both contemporary sophistication and a deep connection to the natural landscape.
With open spaces to let natural light in, wide staircases, and dark walls, all these features were designed to exude elegance. We also included greenery to avoid the building looking like a block of concrete.
Minimalistic and simple were the two main keywords guiding the design for the bedroom. The idea was to create a cozy and welcoming space for guests to return to after spending time on the beach. The bedroom interiors were designed with clean lines and neutral tones, featuring comfortable furnishings that invite relaxation.
Bringing together nature and concrete was a wonderful experiment. A lot of thought was put into the materials and colors, along with the incorporation of open spaces, to ensure that the building harmonizes with the natural surroundings.
